Terrarium
I need help identifying the 3 plants in my new terrarium (isopods and springtails included!) I did this at a workshop and so these should be plants that do well in terrariums. What would make the most sense?

Monstera Plant growth
I am so happy! My plant is having new leaf growth!❤️🌱

Hi!
I'm back! But the real reason for this post is to ask if anyone has any tips for probogating a monstera (idk if that's the right word forgive me if I'm wrong) I accidentally promised one of my friends I would bring her one because they're easy and mine is big and healthy so it should survive a propagation. Sorry for the run on sentence 😥

New 2" Babies and Valentine Orchid
Found some unusual plants in the “itty bitty” section again. The pepperonis are in bad shape but with some TLC should perk up and shape up nicely. Hoping the Sundew Carnivore catches the bugs I bought home with them. Hopefully no snails or slugs this time. The purple Persian Shield and “Happy Time” (can’t think of the Genus name, I’ll edit later) will be used in combination planters this spring for the Fair’s floriculture competition. Going for my third year of winning “Best Of Show Potted Plant” with my combination planter.

Marble Baby Rubber Plant
Scooped this little beauty last week. It needed to be repotted and better soil so I did that right away and am monitoring it. I love the rubber-like foliage.

What to Plant in February and Which Seeds to Start Now?
Hey, Plant Heroes 🌿 🗓️ February is here, and your garden is calling. But the soil is still cold, frost can strike at any moment, and waiting too long steals precious time from your seedlings. If you know what to plant in February, you can be well-prepared, so that your plants are ready to grow and thrive in spring! What to start planting in FebruaryThis month is perfect for preparing your crops for the upcoming spring and summer. In milder zones, hardy cool-season crops can go straight into the soil. In cooler zones, focus on indoor seed-starting. Early planting helps your seedlings grow strong roots, sturdy stems, and resilience to frost or pests later. Why plant now: 🌿 Give slow-growing veggies and herbs time to mature; 🌿 Hardy crops will appreciate mild outdoor soil; 🌿 Early seedlings grow strong and resilient; Why it matters: Your seedlings have time to establish their roots, so they are ready to thrive outdoors and won’t struggle with late-season stress. 🌱 What seeds to start in February Pick seeds that need extra time indoors: tender vegetables, long-season herbs, or non-hardy crops. Start them in trays, pots, or a propagator with artificial light and warmth. Keep the soil lightly moist and gradually harden your seedlings before moving them outside. About other tasks Planting seeds is the fun part, but don’t forget your February chores: 🌿 Shape winter shrubs, perennials, and climbers; 🌿 Remove debris, dead leaves, and deadhead flowers; 🌿 Improve soil drainage, refresh compost; 🌿 Adjust watering to prevent waterlogging. Check the attached photos for a zone-based guide and the best seeds to plant in February – they show exactly what to start this month! Which seedlings or tasks are you starting this month? Share your photos and tips in the comments! With muddy hands and happy roots,Lotte B. Botany Expert at PlantIn

Balloon Cactus
I got this little guy about a year ago because it reminded me of my trip to Vegas when I went exploring the desert. I wasn’t caring for him properly until I did my research a few months ago. I transplanted it into its current pot with cacti soil and added granulated sand for extra drainage. I stopped watering it and got it its own little grow light since it needs lots of direct sunlight and it seems much happier.

Wandering Dude
This was a propagation my friend gave me a couple months ago. I’ve transplanted it into a bigger pot and propagated a piece myself and have already transferred it into the same big pot. It’s doing well. I’m going to wait for it to grow more and propagate again to fill the pot better.

Dracaena Marginata (Dragon Tree)
I picked up this baby a couple years ago at a local store. I managed to keep it alive that entire time without ever educating myself on its needs until a few months ago. Most of its life it spent untrimmed and in a dark area of my living room. This tough little guy survived my ignorance! So I would say it makes this plant an easy beginner plant. I learned a few months ago that it needed to be trimmed from the bottom up which I started doing and it started to grow faster. As I wanted it to split off and have two stems off the main one I decided I’d try cutting its top and placed it in water and I continue to water the main stem. I did this a few weeks ago now and I’m not seeing any changes. I’ll admit I’m a bit nervous.

Philodendron Silver Stripe
Picked up a couple weeks ago at local grocery store because it was in sad shape. I trimmed away the affected areas and placed on my window cil closest to humidifier and it has sprouted a new leaf and a new one coming. However the leaf came in yellow and I’m not sure if it’s normal but will monitor progress as I go.
