please advise what it needs to change the colour?
The colour of the leave has not changed, it should have changed in December into red.

The plant appears healthy.
A poinsettia plant will not change colors on its own. There is a long process to get the leaves to change Provide complete darkness: For 14 hours every night, the plant needs total darkness. This means no light from any source—not even a nightlight or a street lamp. A closet or a large box are good options. Provide bright light during the day: The plant needs 10 hours of bright, direct sunlight during the day to help it produce color. Be consistent: You must follow this schedule for approximately 8 weeks
@user43430499 Your Poinsettia is healthy but confused! To turn red, it needs 14 hours of absolute darkness every night. Even a lamp or TV glow prevents the color change. The Fix: * Night (14 hrs): Put it in a pitch-black closet or under a thick box every evening (e.g., 5pm–7am). No peeking! * Day (10 hrs): Move it to bright sunlight. Repeat this strict routine daily for 8–10 weeks. Keep it cool (~65°F). It missed December, but starting now will produce red leaves by spring!
My poinsettia is in a north east porch window. She gets enough light and darkness. She almost has red all year. I pruned her way back this year. She is starting to get red leaves now.
Her flowers are little this yearar
