The plant appears healthy.
It doesn’t look too bad. I would cut the dead leaves. Make sure the soil isn’t too wet. Holes in the bottom of the pot to drain and breathe.
I think it might be root rot. Have you checked the roots?

Move it to a window and don’t water it from the top, but from the bottom.
