- **Condition Name**: Overwatering - **Symptoms**: Wilting leaves, yellowing, and potential root rot. - **Cause**: Excessive water hindering oxygen to the roots. - **Treatment/Solution**: Reduce watering, ensure proper drainage, and let the soil dry out before rewatering.
I’ll circle back to you with an answer later. It’s fixable.
If I go over 500 letters, I can’t post my response. So check to see if there is a “View More Replies” with this text. Here we go! Plants don’t do so well when planted directly into ceramic pots. Therefore, if you want to have a plant in a ceramic pot, you need a plastic liner (clear is nice so you can check on the roots) pot to use with it. I like my liner pots to be ones that I can easily get ahold of to remove. I don’t want my plant sitting in water in the ceramic pot

Make sure you keep light on the top of the pot. I put mine under a grow light. After repotting give it some fertilizer when you water too. Pothos like to dry out between waterings so make sure the soil has dried out halfway. One more thing. You might want to consider a special soil mix for pothos. One that allows good drainage and aeration for the roots. I hope this helps to revive your plant. The golden pothos are very pretty. 😊
