It’s a tree. The seed must have gotten dropped into pot. I would remove it. It is taking nutrients and water from the other plant in your pot. You’re going to need to remove plants from pot and unwind the roots from each other carefully. After repotting apply a fertilizer (half strength) with a higher middle number (phosphate) to help boost root growth. I have the same plant stands. 😁
