What's this on my Magnolia leaves?

Most of the leaves on my Magnolia tree have these small gray spots on them. Anyone know what this could be so I can treat it?

The plant appears healthy.

Gray spots on southern magnolia leaves are typically caused by algal leaf spot, a common fungal-algal disease that appears as gray or greenish-gray, velvety spots. Other possibilities include fungal leaf spot, powdery mildew, and anthracnose. To manage the problem, improve air circulation, ensure proper watering without wetting leaves, clean up fallen leaves, and maintain tree health with good fertilization and watering practices.
