how do i save this baby silver spiderman monstera?
I had originally bought it off Etsy and it was in soil, I transferred it to leca and it lost the other couple leaves it had on it. What can I do to save it?? Transfer it back to soil?

I don't know.
If it has nodes keep it in leca to try to make sure it has roots, and in case if it has pests or not you should clean the plant with Castile soap or mild soap if you have at home a small amount

Dust the plant and make sure it has fresh water daily.
