Picture of roots as well. Not sure what root or stem rot would look like?

from what i can tell they look fine but i would still take it out of the dirt to check the roots. if they are squishy, cut them off up to when its not squishy. squish=rot. good luck!

@plantlover247 so I found a bunch of grayish balls that squished and had liquid. They seemed different than the fertilizer. I completed removed it from the dirt and am going to try repotting. Thw roots seemed good. Im making my bf keep it at his house so I can keep it away from my other plants just in case 😂 thanks!

@plantlover247 not to be annoying. Do you think i should remove some of the leaves that look worse than the others?

Not sure what you found in the soil. But the original pictures of brown leaf edges are those crispy? If yes, then its an under watering + low humidity issue. I have same rescue plant with same issues 😅

The plant can stand under watering for quiet some time before it starts crisping. So when you start treating it properly., it will also take some time for you to see recovery signs. Unless its summer and the plant is in full growing phase. 😅 To the “cutting or not” If its the crispy ends, you dont need to cut the leafs. But you can cut off slim strips along the edge. For esthetic reasons only.

But if its not crispy.. if its like some splashes and happens in the middle of legs as well , spots, patches or even blisters then its likely to be rust which is an infection Then you have to be more drastic in your measures. Remove and destroy all leaves and plant parts affected by rust. If it gets worse You might have to destroy the badly infected plant completely to prevent them infecting other plants.

Spray with a suitable rust control product containing fungicide, repeating as recommended. It scan spread to other plants and it gets worse when plants are to close to each other Put plants further apart, and do other things to create more air circulation. Or take them out the corner. Or have a small fan circulating the air. Doesnt need to be a wind, just slight movement

@ozimpfer thank you so much for yo feedback and suggestions! Im so hopeful! I have it at my bfs so I dont infect my other plants, just in case. Stay tuned on if I can save her 🥰

Make sure that the soil in the pot is loose enough and water the plant more
