It actually looks like it needs a touch more water because it’s leaves took thin and the bottom leaves are dried out. The type of aloe you have is a tiger tooth aloe so the spikes are normal.

Take off the dead leaves to promote new growth

More water and taking off the dead ones will be the most helpful

It’s called like a spike aloe plant or something 🤔 That’s what the app told me and mine looks very similar

definitely remove the bottom leaves and water check the soil daily to see if it needs water
