Help my Fiddle Fig
Only the bottom two leaves on this plant are turning brown like this. Have a grow light. Do normal waterings and spritz. Advice please

I have one too and the whole one side did that. Then they all fell off! I don’t overwater or under water it and spritz it too, so I don’t know why either. 🧐
