My two office plants like this seem to have mealy bug things. I have neem oil I will put on them tomorrow. Is there anything else I can do? I am determined that they will thrive in my office this winter (in Alaska). Thank you!

Oh they are beautiful!
The Neem oil should do just fine… every 7-10 days for 3-4 week.. early mornings or evenings when the sun isn’t too strong
Spray down with rubbing alcohol and rinse entire plant off with water. Preferably with a shower head so there is some pressure. Then spray with the neem oil after
