Whatever insect this is is eating my plants I used used Nemo and peroxide and soapy water

It is eating up my collard greens leaves my cucumber leaves. I have some other collard greens and one other plant that they disseminated name Oil saying not to work and actually affect the plants. I’ve used peroxide mix. I think that might’ve slowed it down, but I just started this week. I built two raised beds so that whatever it is can’t reach him.
