The plant appears healthy.
It won’t flower 🌹 until spring. It’s passed the flower stage for the year. They don’t have flowers for long. Then the flowers come back every year
Just cut the dying leaves off of it
Stop pruning the stems, protect it from harsh afternoon sunlight and water deeply at the base once a week instead of splashing it If you want it to flower don’t let the sun scorch the buds Also put mulch
Prime it
