Dr Seuss Peperomia

Hello! My darling peperomia keeps dropping leaves, all that’s left are little tufts at the end of the branches. It’s starting to look more and more like it’s from a Dr Seuss book 😂 This can’t be normal, app is saying it’s healthy, but I have doubts. Anyone have any advice? I’ve got it in full sun, watering once a week or when dry.
