this is a swiss cheese plant, its leaning how can i fix?

The plant appears healthy.
It needs a stake or a pole to lean on. I use plastic stakes from Amazon-you can also use a moss pole. Attach it to the big back part of the plant, not on any of the leaf stems.
Mine is doing the same thing
