Parsley, possible insect issue

My parsley looks overall healthy. The underside and top of the leaves has tiny little eggs that look like they’ve been laid by an insect that really require washing off thoroughly and sort of scrubbing so tedious to be able to eat it. Any idea what this is and how to stop it?
