Hi can any help me with how to know when to pick my blueberries at the right time ? I thought some of these were ripe but still sour and bright green in side

I have some blueberries so Pick the blueberries when they are deep blue and show no traces of red pink or green or white! If u do pick ‘em they might be sour a lil
