I left my Chinese doll plant ( bonsai) without watering as I was out of the country and all The leaves were dried , so I removed them , and it’s been like this for the past 2 months + , is to err any hope or the plant is dead ?

Is it completely dry now? Scratch the trunk of the tree. If it it moist yes! Next prune dead leave. Soak the dry root in water for an hour and then move to a humid place like bathroom
