Bell pepper
No matter how much I spray this with neem oil, it seems I cannot keep bugs from eating it.

Use hot pepper flakes. Mix 1 gal water with 1/2 cup hot Pepper flakes. Shake up and let sit a day. Strain real good get pepper flakes. Do your plant watering as usual but give it a full spray with pepper water. Bug will never touch it.
