yellowing podocarpus

I planted a podocarpus hedge on the side of my yard , then they started yellowing and browning, I did some research and it’s because that area sits in water so that’s the cause so now I wanna move them to a higher area of the yard , is there anything else I can do to them to get them green again ? Please let me know thank u
