This is probably caused by parasites/insects eating off the plants or a certain rare disease I think that you should scan your plant and it will probably tell you the status

Try to repot again spray organic liquid fertilizer to leaves it’s going to be fine water on time don’t my under / over water and no direct light until it get better

Make sure that the soil in the pot is loose and adjust the watering of the plant

Was this a propagation? It may just be getting used to being placed in soil and just in a bit of shock…?
