SOS! my cutus started to turn mushy and 1 leaf fell off
Started about 2 weeks ago I thought it was overwatered but even though i dint water itit be came worse now the whole plant is mshy and leaning down

You might have accidentally rotted the roots, which could spread to leaves very quickly :(
Break off the good parts at each little notch .then let the good parts callus over for a couple of days . repot the good parts callus side down in NEW SOIL water it a little . USE A VERY WELL DRAINING POT !!!! Miracle grow sales cactus soil for like 13$ .
