What's wrong with my orchid?
I was given this orchid on February 14 and it was beautiful. But I have days noticing that all the new shoots that want to come out die and I noticed gray roots that I just trimmed that I showed in a photo, but inside I notice some black and white lumps I don't know what to do :(

Idk if this is the problem, but that soil looks super moist. You might be over watering. Im sorry if that wasn’t what you were looking for. I wish you the best of luck for your orchid baby!
