needs some help
This is a Monstera plant I rescued and it’s putting out some new growth, but I don’t know what to do with the brown dead looking leaves on it. Should I cut them off or leave them alone?

I’ve always been told to cut them off. And everything I’ve been reading says to cut them off if they are brown and crumbling off
I would cut them bad ones off it’ll help keep the pest away I would give it peroxide and water I use more water than peroxide I do the same with fertilizers sprinkle a light layer of cinnamon on the soil. I have chop sticks in the soil if it’s dry when the app says water I do if not o snooze it for 3 days I using banana water @ first now I’m trying the green fertilizers that’s stuck in the soil it’s supposed to last for a month .I also use garlic neem water in a spay bottle to mist it and soil Good luck
