It’s fungal leaf spots, or due to environmental stress due to being overwatered or being under watered but don’t worry it’s common. Same thing happens with my roses I would tend to trim off some of the spotted leaves and it would grow healthier new ones.

Looks like leaf spot disease. Fungal problems is my guess. From research when starting my garden, I had to remove the affected leaves, make sure I watered in the morning so the leaves wouldn’t stay wet too long, and try to water at the roots instead of from the top to keep the other leaves from forming spots. Also I watered less so the soil wouldn’t stay overly wer consistently as fungi thrive wet soil with low air flow :)
