Looks kinda overwatered take out the dropped leaves from your soil and then maybe let the soil dry out a bit before you water it again. I could be wrong but I’d try that first. If that doesn’t work try new soil maybe it doesn’t have the nutrients it needs for that plants survival so it’s throwing a “tantrum” of sorts lol to put it in a simple way. I’m not an expert but that’s where I would start if it was my plant.
