grass won’t grow!
Help!!! I’ve planted grass seed, added top soil each spring and this is the result. What can I do to encourage grass growing here?

That does not look like grass though
Till it, mix seed with TP and mix it really good after adding water and spread it. The TP will protect the seed and keep it from being washed out.
In the early spring, till it, re-seed it nice and thick, and put a layer of straw on it. Put a sprinkler on it and don’t let it dry out until it is poking through the straw. Takes a lot of work to do a lawn from seed, but they are really healthy once you get them going, and very pretty.
