Can I see the inside of the pot so I can see the bamboo part and then I might have some tips
Looks healthy to me
Provide enough moisture to prevent wilting, while not saturating the soil.. and use filtered Luke warm water.. just monitor the soil, drier air you may need to water more frequently

Feel the soil every few days and water when the top inch is dry
