Take it off the plate. Succulents are cacti 🌵. They need almost no water 💧. If u r watering and the water is going thru the soil to the plate and pooling there. It will give root rot. Which is what it looks like happened. Let them completely dry out. Then watch a yt video on succulent care to help further. Good luck
