Wow! His is really sprouting with growth. I don’t know much about trees so can’t help with that question.
I think all kinds of oaks live in different places like were I live we have like 4 different types of oaks in my yard
Depends on the acorn. We have oak trees in North Central Ohio and their acorns have been on the small size & numerous this past fall! Still had them after it snowed & gave some traction when it got slick on our turn around driveway!
