He’s healthy but not happy. It needs a trellis to give it support. Also more light is needed. They love Sansi grow lights and they should be on for 12-14 hours. You might be under watering too cause its leaves are very droopy. Have you ever used a chop stick to check on dryness/wetness in a plant’s pot?
