its some type of orchid! you should look into their care and what suits them best for being potted, they can even grow without soil on moss and other stuff. those little pots that they come in are horrible and not suitable :)
Looks like an orchid! Those are my nemesis! I kill them every time no matter what I do! Very beautiful!
