Why does my daisy plant look like this ? Need some advice :)

Some of the flowers are spent, clip them off at the base to save the plants energy. The foliage looks wilted which could be from several causes. Does the pot have a drainage hole? Is the soil dry 2 inches deep? If not then it may be overwatered and you would need to repot in fresh soil. If the soil is dry you can try watering from the bottom to get the moisture level up. Has it been in direct hot sun for any length of time? Could be heat stress if it’s been really hot there.
