You can keep it and see but it seems pretty far gone. You never know though. All depends on the roots

Seems overwatered repot in dry soil check for root rot if it has any GENTLY tug at the roots they should come off if dead, then put in a glass of water till u see improvement change water every 6 days, move closer to a window.
