The plant appears healthy.
you should stop watering it as much. they’re used to hot weather and are good drought plants. water it when the soil is 100% dry and not regularly. this will cause it to die/brown
if you believe parts of the plant is dead then you need to uproot it and then make sure you cut off any black/mushy roots and pot it again
