What should I do? My trees leaves become a greenish yellow. Some fall off.

Try and add some heat to it because they will do that when it’s not humid enough
It could be underwatering.
I see white spots on the leaves. Treat the plant with an insecticide solution. Make sure that the soil in the pot is loose and that you water the plant correctly
