Cinnamon or nemm oil
I use 1:12 Neem Oil and water in a spray bottle. That might even be a little strong but the oil does have directions.
If it’s growing in the soil, honestly mold is a battle and it is much easier just to replace the soil with fresh soil and leave the soil aside to dry out somewhere. Sprinkle the roots and around the roots in the pot with ground cinnamon to help prevent it &water a little less, give it some more light & a little more air flow if possible. You’ll be less likely to lose a plant if you follow these tips. Best of luck to you 🫶🏽 hope this helps
