Fungus on leaf?
I just inherited this from my stepmom and it appears that there’s fungus on these leaves. How do I deal with this?

Try Fungicide. I just got some from Walmart a few weeks ago to help with similar problem with one of my plants and it has been a godsend already seeing improvement. Effective natural fungicides for plants include baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), neem oil, milk, and garlic, which help control powdery mildew, black spot, and other fungal diseases if you want to try some more natural options.
