I don't know.
It looks like mold maybe I’d suggest re potting and cleaning the roots/cutting off dead ones and giving it a rinse in a white vinegar, water, 70% isopropyl alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, castilesoap!! I also have a measurement!! Hope this helps!
