Make sure it has good drainage. Cut off any yellow leaves. And partially sun not direct. Also use fertilizer, promotes growth.

Adjust the watering of the plant
Stick your finger an inch in the soil before you water it, if it’s still a bit wet at the tip of your finger it’s not ready to water yet. If it’s completely dry then water. Make sure it gets bright indirect sunlight or filtered sunlight too. Not enough and it will not grow. Too much and it will burn the plant
