The plant appears healthy.

Calathea’s normally grows in paired stems. The plant looks very healthy. The only other thing I would add is that calathea plants don’t like regular water. The water must be filtered!

Remove the white fungus that’s growing on the bark pieces and top soil. Spray with a fungicide at base of plant and on soil. I’ve been using this product. You might be keeping your plant’s soil too moist and that is why the fungus is growing.
