Underwatered? Overwatered? Or good? Pls respond as soon as you see!

It might be under watered
In my experience under watering with peace Lilly’s = drooping.. this looks to me like overwatering and possibly pathogen or some root rot because of that. I personally would either a) prune the infected leaves and cut back on watering. When the leaves start to droop she is thirsty so that’s when I water.. or b) remove from pot and check for dead, mushy roots.. using clean sheers cut off damaged roots, repot, and water slowly until the water starts trickling from the bottom.
Also depending on where that window is facing possibly leaf burn? It’s hard to say exactly without knowing more information.
I give her lowest level lee lights and i looked at the roots
