Someone what do I do

I got this dahlia for my mother and Ive been taking care of her but she keeps attracting bugs last time it was gnat flies and it took me a while to get rid of them but i did however this morning i checked on her and ive bever seen something like this. She had webs all over here especially around the flower and I could literally see a bunch of tiny bugs crawling everywhere Ive never delt with something like this and I dont know what to do 😭

You can use either neem oil mix or a general pesticide thats safe for flowers

Those are spider mites.

Spray down with water to remove as many webs as possible then spray down with the following mixture: 2cups water, 2tbsp neem oil, 1tbsp peppermint Castile soap, 1tsp isopropyl alcohol. Use that same mixture to regularly wipe down any plant to help keep it looking shiny, clean and also prevent pests
