I am not happy with my Aloe Vera plant. I don’t know what is exactly wrong but it feels like she isn’t happy either. Also, the soil started becoming whitish.. is it fungi?

Perhaps the roots of the plant have started to rot. It is necessary to transplant the plant into new loose soil and before that remove the rotten roots
I have the same issue with mine, there was minimal roots and white soil is a sign of mold or fungus. I re-potted mine, gave it minimal water and put it in a sunny, indirect window. With a little bit of patience and love, it’s now thriving.
I would also put it in a smaller, tighter pot until new aloe grows
You should change the soil
@tyomabor Thank you! By the way, how can I change my username?
Slow Vera Ms do not need watering often.
Water the plant once a month
