Hi All. The one that is taller has been growing since last year, the smaller one only about a month or so. I’m scared to put in a pot as last time I did it didn’t do anything and died Any advice would be great thank you

The third picture looks like root rot. But it looks like there are some white roots in there too. I’m surprised that the plant is still growing. I would remove any brown/mushy roots and it looks like the “seed “ is rotten too. Keep it in water so the roots can grow. Change the water daily. The smaller plant has a good healthy root system starting but it needs more before planting it in soil.

Yeah the leaves have drooped shock to the system from a glass of water to soil and I remember seeing a video saying it would do this but will see what happens
