Try providing 4-6 hours of direct sunlight use a well draining succulent potting mix and repot every 2-3 years! And water when the soil is dry and when leaves feel slightly soft! Hope the helpsss

Agree with plant lovers but be careful watering because it’s a succulent and the leaves hold water even when soil is dry when you do repotting only go up one size with your pot
Actually the pot it’s in looks too big and it needs to have drainage holes in it
