how do i fix this?
I think these have mold growing on them, but I’m not sure if I’m right or how to fix it.

Either replace the gravel with healthier stones and mix it with sand or repot them all together. The mold is probably from lack of drainage and will transfer over if you use the same soil for repotting. You can buy soil made for Cacti and mix it with sand and charcoal. Make sure you are not overwatering and don’t use soils labeled “moisture retaining” . Hope this helps if not you can read about your plants specific care on the plant care tab.
