Grass LOVES water, you can water that specific spot, and fertilize. Ive also noticed that they love some shade to. Where my grass is at with the shade of my house is dark green and lovely, but where the rest of my lawn isn’t in as much shade it’s not as dark green. Good luck!
You might wanna reseed, it then do what I recommend if you want
