I kinda need to know where this is in the world. A park, with actual people in it. That would never happen in my neck of the woods lol
lol it was in Quito Ecuador the park was called Plaza de la independencia which translates to the plaza of independence
I don’t live in Ecuador but I traveled there for vacation
Is it a part of the crape Myrtle family?
