This might be etiolation AKA searching for more light make sure to support it with some more light

Looks like spider mites. If you think it can handle it, give it an easy rinsing to knock them off. Then, Spray with insecticidal soap. Or just spray with insecticidal soap tops and bottoms of leaves. Isolated the plant so they can’t spread to other plants. Repeat spraying insecticidal soap 3 or 4 days. Put insecticidal granules on the soil. I like ferti-lome products.
